New Mexico Public Regulation Commission
The PRC regulates, electric, gas, water and sewer companies, water and sanitation districts, telecommunications companies, transportation of passengers and goods, insurance, and the State Fire Marshal and Fire Academy. The site contains incorporation forms, a searchable database of New Mexico corporations, and consumer assistance on utility and insurance issues.

New Mexico Legislature
During the legislative session, this site is updated daily with bills before the New Mexico Legislature, searchable by bill number and keywords.
